What to Have Ready
None of this is required, but it makes the quote faster and more accurate:
- The address, or a dropped pin if the parcel has no address yet
- Rough acreage. The county tax assessor's parcel record has it if you do not
- What is growing on it, and roughly how long since it was last cleared or cut
- What you want the ground to look like when we are done, and what is going on it
- Whether stumps need to come out, and whether debris can stay on site
- Photos, if you have them. A few from the road and a few from inside
- Any gate or access pinch point, and how wide it is
